Keep our internal IT infrastructure running smoothly, handling day-to-day support requests and maintaining laptops and servers across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day IT support requests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain and service company laptops, workstations, and peripherals
- Perform routine server maintenance, backups, and monitoring
- Manage user accounts, access, and IT assets across the organization
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranties, and procurement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
- Hands-on experience maintaining laptops, desktops, and servers
- Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and networking basics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
