Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules to help clients modernize their HR and talent management processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding)
- Run workshops to capture HR process requirements
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/third-party systems
- Deliver training and post-implementation support
Requirements
- 3+ years of SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules preferred
- Understanding of core HR and talent management processes
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
